Hola! 👋🏼 I'm a writer, reluctant social media influencer, and Decolonial Cosmologist known for my work on decolonizing time.

I weave ancestral wisdom, astrology, Human Design, and neuroscience to help revolutionary leaders and creatives befriend Time, cultivate kinship with the land, and liberate embodied Flow so they can exponentially grow their impact without exhausting their relationships or themselves.

My current writing project is a book on Decolonizing Time.

After escaping growing fascism in the US in 2017, I spent time in the highland jungle of Nicaragua, learning from sloths and observing the Nicaraguan uprising against oppression until 2022. Then, I rematriated to my ancestral land of Mexico. I now live in San Cristóbal de las Casas, Chiapas, where I host Flow writing retreats for creatives and leaders (coming 2025).

As an Indigenous, queer, vision-impaired, and neuro-emergent medicine carrier, my experiences with sloth medicine in Nicaragua informed my unique perspective before rematriating to Chiapas, Mexico.

I advocate for inclusive time perspectives and Indigenous land stewardship, challenging conventional notions of time, especially its intersections with capitalism and creative Flow.
