Ixchel Lunar Helps Visionary Misfits Reclaim Time as Sacred, Rhythmic, and Sovereign

RHYTHM. REVERENCE. REBELLION.

About Ixchel Lunar

YOUR TIME WAS STOLEN. LET’S TAKE IT BACK

Ixchel Lunar (they/them) is an Indigenous-Time Ecologist and ancestral medicine guide helping neurodivergent, queer, and mixed-lineage leaders rebuild a sacred relationship with Time. Their philosophy is simple and radical: burnout is not a personal failure. It’s systemic, spiritual, and ancestral. Through trauma-aware, culturally rooted practices, Ixchel helps audiences reweave connection with ancestors, land, and cyclical spiral Time, so life pulses with rhythm, reverence, and rebellion.

TRAUMA-AWARE GUIDANCE. MEASURABLE CALM. LASTING CHANGE.

A former vice-mayor, journalist, and educator, Ixchel blends Traditional Ecological Knowledge with modern neuroscience, somatics, astrology, Human Design, and the Mayan Cholq’ij. Their talks translate big ideas into tangible rituals that calm the nervous system, restore creative focus, and build sovereign timeways leaders can actually live, on Monday at 9 a.m. and beyond.

Ixchel Lunar Speaking Topics

1

Your Time Was Stolen. Let’s Take It Back

Burnout isn’t personal. It’s systemic, spiritual, and ancestral. This talk names how we got so out of rhythm and offers a grounded, doable path back through ancestral repair, ecological rhythm, and ritual that actually fits your life.

4

Decolonizing Time: From Grind Culture to Spiral Rhythm

Time doesn’t need managing. It needs remembering. Ixchel unpacks the root systems of capitalist time and shares regenerative, body-led frameworks to rebuild rhythm through land, lineage, and cosmology.

2

Ritual as Protection: Building Resilience Through Sacred Practice

Ritual protects. It roots. It regulates. In this session, Ixchel offers practical ways to bring ritual into daily life for nervous system support, ancestral connection, and spiritual sovereignty. No theatrics, no templates. Only what feels real and rooted.

5

The Ache Is Ancestral: Repairing Lineage Ruptures in a World on Fire

That exhaustion you can’t name might not be yours. This talk reframes burnout, belonging, and spiritual disconnection as signs of ancestral severance. Ixchel shares how to begin lineage repair in a way that is trauma-aware, culturally respectful, and rooted in consent.

3

Flow Isn’t a Hack. It’s Your Birthright

Creativity doesn’t come from pushing harder. Learn how to move from racing or frozen into embodied momentum using micro-practices, cyclical planning, and time magic sourced from your own body’s wisdom.

6

Everyday Animism: Letting Land Lead Your Life and Work

Land isn’t backdrop. It’s kin. This talk invites you into a reciprocal relationship with place through Traditional Ecological Knowledge, food-forest rhythms, and seasonal rituals. Let Earth shape your timing, guide your leadership, and ground your decisions in something deeper than strategy.
