Make Time Your Friend.
I want to get into flow more easily and use my time differently. I want to finish my book! That’s why I asked Ixchel to coach me. Their work with me was literally time magic. So much of what they asked me to put in place in my life, I would NEVER have thought to do on my own — and it’s genuinely working.
“Ixchel is BRILLIANT. I learned so much from them. My sleep hygiene is massively improved, I changed the way I'm delivering programs that will make them more effective for both my clients and me, and I'm actually making progress on my book. I am writing without burning myself out.
KELLY DIELS,
FEMINIST MARKETING CONSULTANT

We align inner/outer timelines through ecological timeways, astrology, and Human Design so rhythm returns, pressure fades. Practical “time magic,” restoring rhythm, meaning, and right relationship.
Rebuild connection with your people and place through embodied, respectful, sovereign practices. This is root work that settles your body and strengthens your leadership.
Through animism, Indigenous and food-forest wisdom, we rebuild relationship with the more-than-human world. Your work becomes seasonal, and regenerative, grounding your leadership in living systems.

You’re not lazy. Your Time was colonized. We’ll deprogram grind-time, re-patterning your days around lunar and solar rhythms and your unique energetic design. Expect tangible rituals, practical Time magic, and a rhythm and Flow that steadies your body and deepens your work.
Burnout isn’t personal. It’s systemic, spiritual, and ancestral severance. Together we rebuild right relationship with your people and place, grounding in practices that protect, root, and return you to yourself. Ritual as protection, everyday animism, and resilience you can feel.

Soft handmade layers, cozy socks, cosmic ease. Nervous system first, fashion optional.
A deep breath. An invocation of the land and the lineage. A sacred pause. A clear next step. Done.
My body as a tuning fork, guided by the Cholq’ij, the wind, and what my cells remember.
Moving at the speed of trust. Rituals that don’t need perfection. Time that breathes.
Time doesn’t need managing. Time needs reverence, repair, and reindigenizing.
I wander the liminal. Feed my ancestors by hand. Write poetry into the compost bin.
You’ve felt it… the pressure to fit your creativity, your presence, your leadership into systems that drain you. The pull to move differently, to step outside colonial time structures, to align with your own rhythms instead of forcing yourself into someone else’s urgency. You know there’s another way, but you don’t yet have the framework or practices to move fully into it.
That’s what I offer. A way to decolonize your relationship with Time, not as an abstract concept, but as a living force… a rhythm you can attune to, a presence you can step into, a guide instead of a constraint. If you’re ready to shift from burnout, disconnection, and hesitation into sovereignty, flow, and creative liberation, you’re in the right place.
authors like Robin Wall Kimmerer, Tyson Yunkaporta, Resmaa Menakem, Bayo Akomolafe, adrienne maree brown, Roxanne Gay, Olivia Raheem, Sophie Strand, Vandana Shiva, Sylvia Federici, James Baldwin, Vine Deloria Jr., Arlan Hamilton, Celeste Headlee, Jennifer Mullan, Eduardo Galeano, Paulo Freire, Steven Kotler, Carlos Barrios, Wendell Berry, Oliver Burkeman, and so many more who challenge dominant narratives, center relationality, and offer liberatory frameworks, then you’ll feel at home in my work.
You’re a multi-passionate creative, visionary leader, or cultural practitioner seeking an alternative to productivity culture.
You crave a deep, cyclical, decolonial approach to Time, presence, and creativity.
You’re ready to unlearn linear urgency, scarcity thinking, and colonial time extraction.
You understand that healing, creativity, and leadership require slowing down, listening, and attuning — not rushing to the next strategy.
You value relational accountability, ancestral connection, and honoring lived experience over mainstream spiritual bypassing.
You’re looking for quick results or a step-by-step productivity hack.
You expect business coaching based on scaling, optimizing, and efficiency rather than a presence-based rhythm.
You believe in manifestation culture, “high vibes only,” or bypassing systemic realities instead of addressing real decolonial and liberatory work.
You prioritize doing more over being present, resisting the depth required to transform your relationship with Time.

"Ixchel is a gift for our time. Our work together transitioned me from a path of should-ing and burn out to tuning into my deepest call and making space for it. The principles of flow Ixchel teaches are magical, rebellious and life changing. Their presence alone had a way of bringing me into deeper alignment with myself every time we met.
"For anyone called to unhook from old systems and bring forth work from a deeper place within, Ixchel is a pioneer, an inspiration and incredible guide."

✨ My Personal Cosmology: What I Hold Dear... ✨
LIBERATION:
I guide Rat Race Renegades, multi-passionate creators and soulful entrepreneurs to decolonize their relationship with Time, liberating their creative Flow. By dismantling systems of oppression, we create space for underrepresented voices, reclaiming indigenous knowledge and traditions to help clients tap into their innate creativity and wisdom.
BEAUTY:
Beauty is a vital value, deeply connected to patterns and equilibrium. For my clients, this means recognizing and appreciating beauty in the natural world, in artisanship, and in our relationships. By exploring and honoring spiritual beliefs and practices, clients express the beauty of their souls, enhancing their creativity. This value supports their strengths in valuing and appreciating beauty, nurturing a deeper connection to their work and the world around them.
KINSHIP:
Kinship refers to the idea of interconnectedness (Interbeing) and the importance of relationships in all aspects of life. In my life and that of my clients, we are building strong relationships with chosen families, cultures, and the world around us, fostering a sense of belonging and mutual support.
COLLECTIVISM:
Collectivism is about the power of working together to achieve common aims. I know mutual aid is more powerful than endowment funds. For me and my clients, this means leveraging mutual aid over traditional individual funding to build strong, connected communities. By fostering a commitment to social justice, community organizing, and collective action, clients can address systemic issues more effectively. This value supports their efforts to collaborate, create meaningful change, and build a network of support and solidarity in their work and personal lives.
INDIGENOUS STEWARDSHIP (LANDBACK):
Indigenous Stewardship is about embracing ancestral wisdom and being a good steward of the land that sustains us. For my clients, this means integrating sustainability and environmental justice into their practices, honoring traditional environmental knowledge (TEK), and revitalizing ancient customs. By fostering a deep connection to the Earth and its resources, clients can lead with integrity, ensuring their work supports both the environment and the preservation of cultural heritage.
